1 orange, peeled and cut into pieces (110 grams after peeling)

1/4 cup unsweetened cashew. coconut, or almond milk
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/4 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
Handful of ice
no-calorie sweetener to taste
Instructions
Using a citrus zester, seat your orange, and set the zest aside.*
Peel and chop orange into pieces. Freeze for at least 1 hour.
Add all ingredients to your blender, and blend until smooth. Add more ice for a bigger and thicker shake, and add 1/8 – 1/4 teaspoon xanthan gum if you’d like it to be a little bit thicker.
Eat with a spoon or straw and enjoy!
* The zest is optional, but it does increase the orange flavor. It will still be delicious without it!
