A former WBFF Bikini Pro athlete turned certified personal trainer, I show women how to Live Every Day Better® than the last through sustainable health and fitness. I could easily eat pizza and ice cream every single day and I live in the most beautiful place on earth—Colorado—with my hunky husband and two fur babies. Together, we are chasing our dreams and teaching women how to show up to their lives and experience freedom from toxic dieting patterns and body shame.

I don’t have it all together but I believe in embracing my body, my quirks, my flaws and everything in-between…

I used to struggle a lot when it came to how I saw myself. More than anything, I wanted to be skinny. I remember constantly doing cardio (though it never lit me up inside) and secretly admiring the women in the weight room. They seemed so bold and fierce. I was intimidated by them. When I first met my husband Joshua, he’d been in the fitness industry for the last 10 years. He was the one who got me into the weight room and taught me how to lift. I started to fall in love with the confidence I was gaining from building my body to be physically and mentally strong. I went from hating my life during those hours (read as: countless life-sucking hourssssss) of cardio to being fueled by the knowledge that comes from empowering yourself from the inside out.

I’m here to teach you how to own your life through fitness and health. You’ll never know what you’re truly capable of if you’re always chasing after being “thin.” You’ll miss out on all the energy and confidence there is to gain. I believe when you’re confident as a woman then you’re able to step out into the world and give it your best self. That’s what I want for you: to show up to this world, your job, your family—all of it—every single day without wishing you were someone else. Now that doesn’t mean you won’t mess up or fall down as we move forward. Failure is basically guaranteed in this journey. But you’ll be surrounded by cheerleaders. And you’ll uncover new strength (the kind you never knew was always waiting inside of you, ready to be tapped into).

You’re going to look back on all these mile markers we’re about to create and you’ll finally be able to say,

“I showed up. I showed up to this life and it was better than I could have ever planned for.”
