Ingredients
Wet
1/2 cup marshmallow fluff
4 ounces fat-free cream cheese
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon water or milk
Dry
1/2 cup powdered peanut butter
1/4 cup oat flour
60 grams - PEScience Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup protein powder
6 packets no-calorie sweetener
1/8 teaspoon salt
26 pieces of Reese’s Pieces (half a serving size) roughly chopped
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, add wet ingredients.
In a separate bowl, add dry ingredients, excluding Reese’s Pieces.
Microwave your bowl with the wet ingredients for 30 seconds, and stir to combine.
Swiftly add in your dry ingredients (not Reese’s Pieces yet!) and mix until a ball of dough forms. It will be tough to combine, so using your hands and spraying them with non-fat cooking spray will help.
Once the dough has come together, add in chopped up Reese’s Pieces, and incorporate evenly using your hands.
To make even balls, first form a ball with the dough, and flatten to a thick pancake. Cut into 4 even sections like a pie.
Taking each section, roll into a log, and cut in half, and then cut the halves in half again to create 4 even pieces.
Roll each piece into a ball, and refrigerate. Enjoy!
