Do you know the difference between body neutrality and body positivity? To be honest with you, I had actually never even heard of body neutrality before until recently. And that’s why I want to talk about it in this episode because I have a feeling many of you haven’t heard of it before, or don’t quite understand the difference.

Essentially, they are two different approaches for learning to embrace the body we are in. While one focuses on loving our body, the other focuses on loving what our body does for us, and not necessarily our body itself. One isn’t better than the other, you may just resonate with one more than the other. And for those who think it's impossible to love your body, this is an episode you need to hear!
