Ingredients
One 5 ounce salmon filet (measured raw)
1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce (found in the Asian section of your grocery store)
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
150 grams green beans (a heaping cup)
sesame seeds to garnish (optional)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F.
Grab a piece of foil large enough to house your salmon and green beans.
In a small bowl, combine chili sauce, soy sauce, and vinegar. Set aside.
On the foil, first lay down your green beans, and top with your salmon filet.
Pour the sauce over your salmon, and fold the corner of the foil towards the center to enclose the salmon. Place on a baking tray and bake for 20-25 minutes.
Remove from oven, and carefully open the foil (it will be hot!).
Sprinkle with some sesame seeds if desired, and serve!
