Ingredients
1 large, ripe avocado (180 grams)
1/2 cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion (30 grams)
1 handful chopped cilantro
1/2 finely chopped jalapeno (optional)
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt to taste
Instructions
Add avocado, yogurt, and lime juice to a bowl. Smash together using a fork until smooth.
Add remaining ingredients, and stir to combine. Season with salt to taste, and serve lower fat guacamole!
