A must-have dessert! There's nothing quite like fresh fruit crisp when it comes to dessert, but when you get a craving for it, you don't always want to whip up a batch fit to serve half of your neighborhood.
In times like these, you can whip up this single-serve Peach Blueberry Crisp Cobbler. The serving size is large yet very macro-friendly, and you can substitute with an equal amount of any type of fruit you like! It's amazing as is, but especially delicious when served with vanilla ice cream or a vanilla protein glaze!

Ingredients
Wet/Dry
100 grams sliced peach
50 grams fresh blueberries
1/2 teaspoon all-purpose flour
1 packet Stevia (optional)
Topping
1 tablespoon butter (I Can't Believe It's Not Butter - Light)
2 tablespoons raw oats
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons dark brown sugar
1 tablespoon (7 grams) vanilla protein powder
pinch cinnamon
pinch salt
1 packet Stevia (optional)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a bowl, combine fruit with 1/2 teaspoon flour and 1 Stevia packet. Place in an oven-safe bowl or ramekin.
Using a spoon, combine all topping ingredients in a separate bowl until you get a dough texture. Break the dough up into small pieces, and place on top of the fruit mixture. Spray the top with cooking spray to help it get brown.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until the top of the crisp is golden.
Top with ice cream, or equal parts protein powder and water for a delicious vanilla glaze, and eat!
