7-Day Jumpstart Meal Plan
This can be the hardest part for people so I wanted to create a 7-day meal plan sample that will include a grocery lists, meal prep calendars and important tips you should know about.
Note: You may want to make some tiny adjustments to fit your personal macros and/or dietary restrictions – but it will still be a great resource for you!
Customized Macro Calculations
After completing a questionnaire form that’s sent to you after your purchase, you’ll get step-by-step guide with details on how I’ve calculated your macros, so you can learn how to do it yourself.
This calculation includes:
Customized Protein, Carbs, and Fat based on where you’re at and your goals
Suggested number of meals and snacks to eat daily
Fiber & Water intake recommendations.
4-Week Workout Challenge
This 4-week workout program is strategically designed to ensure that your body will burn fat while maximizing your time in your workout.
The blend of circuit-style mixed with supersets and cardio bursts interwoven into the program will help your body break through plateaus so you can see results!
It consists of a blend of resistance training (weights) plyometric (quick, powerful movements) paired with bodyweight movements, and high intense interval training bursts throughout to keep your body guessing, leading to faster results!
NOTE: You DO NOT need to be an active monthly subscriber inside the Movement With Julie app to join the challenge! For the one-payment of $50 you will get access to the Honor Your Body Challenge group inside the app for life without being an active subscriber!
Progress Tracker Template
This progress template is designed to help you track your results on a weekly basis! It is the exact same template I use to hold myself accountable every week to track and monitor my progress to ensure I’m on track toward my goals!

Frequently Asked Questions
ABOUT WORKOUTS
+ Do I need to have the monthly subscription to Movement With Julie app for this challenge?
No! This challenge does not require a monthly subscription to the MWJ weekly workouts app! The one-time $50 entry fee pays for the access to the challenge workouts for life inside the app!
+ Does the program have video demonstrations for each movement?
Yes! there is a video demonstration for every single movement inside the workout program to ensure that you are performing the movement correctly.
+ Are these workouts only for those who are experienced?
No! These workouts can be easily modified depending the level of fitness that you are! The beautiful thing about weight training, is that you are in control of the dumbbell pounds that you decide to use for the movements. I wanted to make sure I created a workout program that all women of all different fitness levels would benefit from!
+ Does the workout program have a list of substitutions?
Yes! There is a modification for about 95% of all movements! For example – if you cannot perform a specific exercise like a push up - i will have a replacement video demonstration for an alternate movement!
+ Can I do the workouts at home?
Yes! You can do all of these workouts at home – if you have access to a few varying weighted dumbbells and/or resistance bands with handles (loop & booty pump bands are optional, but recommended!) and a bench!
+ If I prefer working out at the gym, can I?
Yes! Of course you can! I want you to workout in whatever environment you prefer!
+ How long will the workouts take?
Workouts will typically take between 45-55 minutes depending on how fast you move throughout the circuit! If you’re short on time, you can always shorten the circuit! The challenge offers a “30-minute variation” for every workout!
+ Can I work out if I am pregnant?
Unfortunately, this work out program is not specialized for women who are pregnant, and we encourage you to consult with your doctor or physician first before starting a new program as these workouts require a lot of movements including plyometric movements as we are unable to provide modifications at this time.
+ Can I work out if I am breastfeeding?
Yes you can, HOWEVER we always suggest that you consult with your doctor or physician first before starting a new program..
ABOUT MACRO COUNTING
+ Can I count macros if I am vegan or vegetarian or have a food allergy?
YES, you can! Macro counting is not only customized to your body, but to your eating preferences, too! So whether you’re a vegan or vegetarian, your protein, carbs and fat allotments will be adjusted to fit your eating preferences.
+ Can I count macros if I am pregnant?
Yes you can, HOWEVER we always suggest that you consult with your doctor or physician first before starting a new program.
+ Can I count macros if I am breastfeeding?
Yes you can, once you fill out the questionnaire form, you will see the option to tell us that you are breastfeeding so we can add the necessary number of calories to help you nurture your child. Make sure to consult with your doctor or physician first before starting a new program.
+ Does this include a meal plan?
YES! This challenge does come with a 7-day meal plan sample that will include a grocery lists, meal prep calendars and important tips you should know about (i.e. food allergies) by adding/subtracting/adjusting meals and snacks to fit your customized macros. Although you don’t have to follow the meal plan, it is a GREAT resource for you to follow if you’re new to counting macros or have a hard time fitting foods into your macros!
+ Can I do this challenge without counting macros?
YES! You absolutely can do this challenge without the macro portion! The challenge entry fee does cover one customized macro calculation though if you wish to have them to get an idea of how much you should be eating. Remember that a customized nutrition program paired with consistent training is the most effective way to see results!
+ When will I get my macro calculations?
As soon as registration opens, the sooner you send in your completed questionnaire form – the sooner we can start your customized macro calculation. If you complete questionnaire form before the challenge starts, you will likely receive your macros before the challenge starts!
OTHER QUESTIONS
+ If I already have a monthly subscription to the Movement With Julie App, do I still need to pay full-price?
No! If you an active subscription to the Movement With Julie app, you will receive a discount code on Monday, December 28th that you will be able to use to purchase access to the challenge via email, private facebook and will be located under “groups” > “weekly workouts” > “resources” tab! If you need help finding it, feel free to send us a direct message from the app or email us at hello@juliealedbetter.com!
+ Is This 2021 Challenge the same as the previous challenges?
No! If you have done any of the 3 previous Honor Your Body Challenges, the content for this challenge will be entirely different! This means you will receive brand new HYBC Workouts, brand new 7-day jumpstart meal plan, private community facebook group, and new customized macros!
+ If I don’t have Facebook, can I still do the challenge?
YES! You don’t need Facebook to complete this challenge! Your macro calculations and workouts will all be send via email! The weekly giveaways will be on Instagram. If you want additional accountability and support, you can always sign up for a account for the Facebook group just for the challenge, but it is not necessary.
+ What if I’m busy during the dates of the challenge – can I still do it?
Yes! Once you purchase the challenge, you will have lifetime access to the challenge workouts!
+ What if I’m traveling during the dates of the challenge – can I still do it?
Yes! All of these workouts can be done at home with limited equipment. As long as you bring some resistance bands along with you, you’ll be able to modify most of the movements. The goal of this challenge is to teach you the power of consistency, instead of perfection! So do what you can with what you’ve got!
+ Do I need an Apple Watch or Fitness Tracker to complete this challenge?
No! This challenge does not require that you have an Apple Watch or fitness tracker. Although those can be helpful to track your movement and keep you accountable throughout the day, they are not necessary!
+ Can I Do This Challenge If I Live Outside The U.S?
Yes! This challenge can be done world-wide! In fact, I love that this community is so global, so if you’re outside the US and want to join this challenge, PLEASE consider it! We’d LOVE to have you!
